Dr. Rosie Ward

Helen Vollmer

St. Joseph, M / Workplace & Corporate Sectors

Why I Show Up: “I spent 7 years with a severe chronic illness that left me isolated and feeling alone. I know if someone had showed up for me I would have healed faster and my burden would have been lighter. I want to be that support for others because when we co-suffer, the opposite happens, we thrive.”

Houston, TX / Healthcare Sector

Why I Show Up: “I believe that we are here on earth to help each other, and one act of care for someone else makes this world a better place.”

Minneapolis, MN / Workplace & Corporate Sectors

Why I Show Up: “Our work focuses on rehumanizing the workplace. A key aspect of that is equipping people to be able to truly see and support one another in a meaningful way. In a world of increasing AI, nothing can replace human connection. If I can help people lean into one another more effectively, I'm fulfilling our purpose.”
