Inspiring Comfort Announces Team of Certified Facilitators (CST’s) to Teach Comfort Skills Programming

August 26, 2020 (Great Falls, VA) – Inspiring Comfort, the pioneer in establishing Comfort as a teachable skill, today announced that an initial team has completed certification training and is now available to coach, speak and train (CST) Inspiring Comfort’s suite of evidence-based Comfort Skill Programming.   Each CST has completed 14 units of in-depth training in understanding, applying and equipping others in the human care skill of Comfort. 

The inaugural four members are: Jeanene Hupy, (Tennessee) Liz Riggs, (Illinois), Julie Wall (Iowa) and Linda Marr (Pennsylvania). Each individual is independent and authorized to utilize the Inspiring Comfort Teaching Series in their local communities to help develop this critically important skill.

Jeanene was one of the original faciliitators for the first version of our comfort programs while living in Connecticut. Now that she is in Nashville, she is passionatee about creating a culture of comfort in her new communiity and beyond, incorporating her team of beautiful Golden Retrievers.

Linda Marr
Yardley PA

Linda is known throughout her community as an expert caregiver. She took notice to teaching comfort as a skill from the very beginning. Her work includes wellness consulting and care ministry. Adding Comfort Skill Training to the mix is a natural fit.

Liz Riggs
Chicago IL

Liz has been a friend of Inspiring Comfort from the very beginning living in Connecticut. Now based in Chicago, she has taken her passion of suicide Prevention and College Admission Counseling and is incorporating the citical skill of comfort to her work in these areas.

Julie Wall
Eldridge, IA

Julie started her comfort journey by teaching it during her art class. it was so successful she was asked to present at a statewide teacher conference. She has recently opened as art studiio where she shares her artistic talents to a wide audiencee and incorporates comfort training to the mix.
